On the afternoon of February 3rd, our company organized relevant personnel to earnestly study and implement the "Letter from the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department, Huizhou Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, and Huiyang District Emergency Management Bureau on Strengthening Safety Reminders in the Industrial and Commercial Sector at the End of the Year and the Beginning of the New Year."

 

Currently, we are in a critical period for safe production at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. Production and business activities are booming, and safety risks are intertwined and overlapping. Based on our actual situation, our company's safety leadership team puts forward the following specific requirements:

 

1. Fulfill the responsibilities of the main person in charge of safety, establish a normalized mechanism for self-inspection and rectification of major accidents, and further implement the internal hazard reporting reward system;

 

2. Conduct precise investigations, establish a hazard ledger, clarify rectification measures, deadlines, and responsible persons, and implement closed-loop management;

 

3. Strengthen on-site control, enhance equipment maintenance and management, and strictly prohibit illegal and unauthorized operations;

 

4. Strengthen safety training, deepen accident warning education, eliminate perfunctory training, and effectively improve the safety awareness of all employees;

 

5. Enhance emergency response capabilities, improve emergency plans, organize regular drills, and prepare for prevention and response in advance.
