Detailed Description
This FKM hose with reinforced inner braid and protective outer cover is engineered for high-purity fluid and gas transfer in demanding industrial environments. The fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) inner tube provides exceptional resistance to fuels, strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidizing media, while maintaining extremely low gas permeability-critical for applications where even trace contamination is unacceptable.
The outer cover is available in two grades: FKM cover for maximum chemical resistance in aggressive environments, or ECO (epichlorohydrin rubber) cover for superior hot oil and fuel resistance at extended temperatures. ECO offers excellent compatibility with automotive transmission fluids, gear oils and refrigerants, making it particularly suitable for powertrain applications.
Cleanroom Compatibility: The smooth, non-porous FKM or ECO cover surface minimizes particle generation and outgassing, meeting Class 10000 (ISO Class 7) cleanroom requirements for General pharmaceutical packaging, medical device assembly, standard electronic assembly, and food deep processing.
