TPU (Polyurethane) hoses are made of polyurethane elastomer.

They combine high elasticity and mechanical toughness, resistant to bending fatigue and permanent deformation. The material delivers superior abrasion resistance, far better than PVC and ordinary rubber hoses. It also performs well against oil, grease, dilute acids and alkalis.

The hoses keep flexible at low temperatures and have stable performance within the working temperature range. Smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance and prevents medium residue. Light weight makes installation and routing easier.

Special modified types include antistatic TPU for flammable environments and flame-retardant PU for fire-safety requirements. Standard TPU is not recommended for strong corrosive media, high-temperature steam and long-term contact with strong solvents.

They are also applied in machinery, food processing, packaging, textile and automotive industries for conveying compressed air, oil, water and compatible fluids. Antistatic and flame-retardant types are suitable for flammable and fire-risk working environments.
