Detailed Description
TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) is a blend of EPDM and PP. It owns soft touch and high resilience, and will not deform permanently after repeated bending and extrusion.
It performs well against ozone, ultraviolet ray and outdoor aging, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. The material resists lubricants, mineral oils, water, dilute acids and alkalis. It maintains stable performance across a broad temperature range.
Compared with traditional rubber, TPV is lightweight, easy to cut and assemble, and fully recyclable. Its smooth inner wall reduces flow resistance. It is not recommended for use with strong polar solvents, concentrated acids and alkalis.
Product Application
Automotive systems, household appliances, construction and general industrial equipment. They are applied to convey water, air, lubricants and low-pressure fluids. Thanks to great weather and aging resistance, they are also ideal for outdoor pipelines and wiring protection.
