Detailed Description
This hose features a dual-material construction combining an NBR inner tube with a saturated backbone polymer outer cover. The nitrile rubber inner layer contains acrylonitrile groups that provide excellent resistance to gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil and hydraulic fluid. The outer cover is available in CPE, CSM or PVC-each offering distinct environmental protection characteristics. CPE provides balanced ozone and weather resistance at moderate cost; CSM delivers superior chemical stability and UV resistance for outdoor applications; PVC offers excellent flame retardancy and abrasion resistance.
The polyester or aramid fiber braid reinforcement layer sits between the inner tube and outer cover, absorbing working pressure loads and preventing radial expansion. Copper-plated steel wire braid is available for applications requiring maximum burst pressure and electromagnetic compatibility.
Installation Guidance: Minimum bend radius must be observed during installation to prevent kinking and inner tube collapse. For 1/2 inch I.D. hose, minimum bend radius is 70mm; for larger diameters, consult the parameter table. Use proper hose clamps rated for the working pressure to ensure leak-free connections.
