Detailed Description
This high-pressure composite hose employs a four-layer architecture: NBR inner tube, inner braid reinforcement, polymer cover, and outer stainless steel or polyester braid. The dual-braid configuration creates a synergistic load-bearing system where the inner braid (polyester/aramid/copper-plated steel) handles sustained working pressure while the outer braid (polyester/stainless steel) provides additional burst pressure margin and mechanical protection against external impacts.
The inner braid is applied at a precise 55° neutral angle during the braiding process, ensuring optimal balance between axial flexibility and radial pressure containment. The outer braid serves as both a pressure safety reserve and an anti-abrasion shield, extending service life in demanding industrial environments. This configuration achieves working pressures exceeding 2.0 MPa (290 psi)-significantly higher than single-braid alternatives.
Production Process: The four-layer structure is built through sequential mandrel assembly- tube extrusion, inner braiding, cover extrusion-followed by vulcanization to ensure interlayer bonding integrity. Conduct inspection after vulcanization, then perform outside braiding. Each production batch undergoes hydrostatic proof pressure testing at 1.5MPa.
