Detailed Description
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) is a high-performance fluoropolymer. It retains full chemical resistance against nearly all corrosive liquids, gases and solvents. It works stably over a broad temperature range and boasts superior thermal stability.
Compared with PTFE, PFA has better melt processability and excellent resistance to stress cracking. It has a smooth inner wall, low friction coefficient, good flexibility and long flex life. The tubing is highly transparent, non-wetting and free from substance leaching, which ensures no contamination to conveyed media. It also has good dielectric strength, self-extinguishing property and supports laser marking.
Product Application
Chemical processing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and laboratory fields. They are ideal for transporting high-purity fluids, corrosive chemicals and high-temperature media, and also fit applications requiring transparency and anti-contamination performance.
