The inner tube adopts sulfur-based or peroxide curing system. It features excellent compatibility with deionized water + ethylene glycol (or propylene glycol) and resists corrosion from various chemicals.

The outer cover has obtained flame-retardant certifications such as UL94-V0. Red, yellow and blue colors are available for customers, and other colors can be customized.

It delivers superior UV resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, high-low temperature resistance and good electrical insulation properties, suitable for conveying media including coolant, steam, high-temperature water, hot air, weak acids and weak alkalis.

The inner layer of the hose is reinforced with polyester or aramid fibers, while the outer layer is braided with polyester yarn or stainless steel wire, achieving a working pressure of over 2.0 MPa.

Unlike IIR and CIIR hoses that are used to glycol-based coolants, the EPDM compound in this hose series is uniquely compatible with glycol-based coolants, PG25,steam, high-temperature water, and hot air - making the four-layer 303 series the preferred choice for applications requiring both high-temperature media conveyance and mechanical protection:

 

The 303 series with EPDM compound is specifically qualified for railway rolling stock applications per EN 45545, the European fire safety standard for rail vehicles. The four-layer construction addresses the unique challenges of underfloor and rooftop hose routing on trains.

Low smoke, low toxicity: In the event of a fire, the halogen-free EPDM compound and stainless steel braid produce minimal smoke and no corrosive hydrogen chloride gas - critical for passenger evacuation safety in tunnel incidents.

 

• Warranty: 12 months from shipment. For rail transit OEM customers, extended warranty programs available based on vehicle maintenance schedules (up to 1 years or 20,000 km).
• On-site hose survey: Our application engineers conduct on-site routing assessments for industrial and rail customers, identifying abrasion hotspots, recommending optimal braid material (polyester vs. stainless steel), and providing 3D routing drawings.
• Pre-assembled hose sets: Factory-installed fittings with steam-rated crimp sleeves, pressure-tested at 2× working pressure. Available for all 303 series diameters. Reduces on-site assembly time by 60% and eliminates crimping errors.
