Detailed Description
Unlike traditional sulfur vulcanization, HNBR hoses adopt an organic peroxide curing system, often combined with co-agents for optimized crosslink density.
Curing mechanism: Organic peroxides decompose under heat to generate free radicals, which trigger covalent C-C crosslinking between HNBR polymer chains, forming a thermally stable crosslinked network.

Typical curing process: Controlled high-temperature vulcanization (with optional post-curing) to achieve uniform crosslinking across the entire hose wall.

Engine oil cooler lines, transmission oil cooling hoses, turbocharger oil cooling pipes for passenger cars, heavy-duty trucks and hybrid/electric vehicle powertrain thermal management systems.
Hydraulic and gearbox oil cooling hoses for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mining machines and diesel generators.
Lube oil cooling pipelines for marine engines, offshore equipment, rail transit vehicles and large industrial compressors/turbines.
